Name, Email address, Phone number, Organization name, Professional credentials (for HCP verification), Event-based triggers (e.g., scroll depth, video engagement, and button clicks related to product safety information). Hashed identifiers that allow for cross-device journey mapping without storing raw PII.

If you voluntarily provide health-related information through forms or communications, such information may constitute Protected Health Information (“PHI”) under HIPAA.We do not request or require patients to submit medical records through the Site unless explicitly directed as part of a secure and compliant process.
